Meet Willem van Genk from Le Cannet-des-Maures, France. Mr. van Genk earned his U.S. CFI Certificate at CRMatc in Scottsdale, Arizona USA in 1998.
 
Originally from the Netherlands, he now resides in Belgium and France where he gives flight instruction at his owned and operated American Flight Training Center's, located in both countries. Willem instructs his European students to the US Practical Test Standards which he believes gives his students the qualifications necessary to succeed in a global market.
 
A type rated pilot in both the Cessna Citation and Beech King Air, Willem offers flight training in a variety of aircraft both in Europe and the United States. In addition, Willem has created aviatraining.net, an aviation learning web site for aspiring and pilot's alike. Just another reason we have chosen to recognize Willem van Genk for our "In The Right Seat" spotlight!
