American Flight Training Center began business in September 1998.

Flight training is mainly concentrated at Antwerp Airport (in Belgium), although instruction and training can take place at any airfield in Europe on customers request.

American Flight Training Center (AFTC) is in the business of providing ground and flight training to individuals, corporations and air carriers. Although English is the main conversation languages (for an FAA license you need to speak and read English) we can teach our students in all main languages used in Europe!

AFTC has successfully trained and graduated over 300 pilots for Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, including Multiengine & Instrument ratings; over 100 for flight Instructor qualifications, over 50 for the Airline Transport Pilot certificate many with associated jet type ratings.
AFTC has also been contracted by many international airlines to provide ab initio, jet transition, jet type ratings and CRM.
AFTC is specialized in CE 500 jet training.

AFTC brings ab initio flight training to airline procedures and the advanced use of simulation. AFTC has close connections with outstanding flight school in Arizona with possibilities for time building, final checks and examinations.
